Rollink Australia & New Zealand Returns Policy
Effective for purchases made on rollink.com.au from 1 July 2025.
This policy applies only to orders purchased directly from rollink.com.au. If you bought from another retailer or marketplace, please contact them directly.
1) Change of Mind Returns
Return Duration
- Luggage (Suitcases) - 100 days from the date of purchase (invoice date, not delivery date).
- Bags & Accessories (Mini Bags, Laptop Cases, Other Accessories) - 30 days from the date of purchase (invoice date, not delivery date).
Conditions for all products
- Condition: item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including:
- the outer shipping carton
- any inner packaging (dust bags, inserts, protective films, tags, manuals, etc.)
- Packaging itself must also be in good condition (no tears, writing, stickers, or tape damage).
Shipping & costs
- For change of mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- If you’d like, we can issue a prepaid return label and deduct the actual label cost from your refund (no markup).
- Use a trackable service and repack in the original shipping carton to prevent damage in transit. Items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may be rejected.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return passes inspection, usually within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
- If any free/promotional item was included with your order, it must be returned as well, otherwise the retail value of the unreturned item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
2) Exchanges
- Need a different colour/size of the same item and it’s still unused in original packaging? Start a return (above) and place a new order for the replacement to secure stock. We’ll refund the original once it’s inspected. (We can't hold/reserve stock for exchanges.)
- Exchanges apply only to orders made on rollink.com.au. If you purchased elsewhere, you’ll need to return/exchange through that retailer.
3) What’s not eligible
- Used items (any signs of wear, scuffs, wheel/handle wear, soiling, removed tags, missing dust bags or inserts).
- Customised/personalised items.
- Items without all original packaging, including the outer shipping carton.
- Items with damaged or defaced packaging/cartons (outer carton ripped or written on, dust bags missing, etc.).
- Items marked on the product page or promo T&Cs that the standard returns does not apply, for example “Final Sale” or “Not eligible for 100 day returns.”
- Bulk/corporate orders (please contact us to discuss as different terms apply). These policies on this page apply to regular domestic/retail purchases.
4) Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrived damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or you received the wrong item, contact us or email whereto@rollink.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos/video and a description.
- Don’t book a change of mind return, instead contact us with your order number, photos/videos, and description of the issue. If confirmed, we’ll repair, replace or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please see our warranty information for full details.
5) Proof of Purchase
- You’ll need a valid invoice/order confirmation showing the purchase was made directly from rollink.com.au and within the applicable time frame.
6) Packaging Requirements (Important)
- To be accepted, returns must include all original packaging, inserts, manuals, accessories, tags and the outer shipping carton.
- If packaging is missing or the product is not in a resaleable condition, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
7) Timing & Process Notes
- We’ll confirm receipt by email, inspect within 5 business days, and notify you of approval/rejection.
- Rejected returns can be shipped back to you at your cost.
8) Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described, and our product warranties apply separately to manufacturing faults (full details on our warranty page).
