Please note this warranty information and durations apply to purchases made directly from rollink.com.au after 1st July 2025. For any purchases made elsewhere please contact the retailer you purchased from directly for warranty. For purchases made directly from rollink.com.au before 1st July 2025 please contact us with your invoice or proof of purchase.

We don’t just build luggage that folds flat, we build gear that out travels the average suitcase without trashing the planet. Below is our lean, crystal clear warranty so you know exactly what’s covered, what isn’t, and why we always try to repair first, replace second.

Warranty applies only to Rollink products purchased in Australia or New Zealand and currently located here. Bought overseas? Please contact the distributor for that region.


WHAT’S COVERED

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Typical examples include:

  • Wheels or wheel housings that break due to manufacturing defects
  • Zippers manufacturing faults
  • Telescopic handles that won’t extend or lock
  • Cracks in hard shell panels
  • Stitching or seam failures on soft goods

Whenever possible, we’ll ship the required replacement part plus easy DIY instructions so you can get rolling again fast and keep extra luggage out of landfill. If a safe repair isn’t possible, we’ll take care of a repair or organise a like‑for‑like replacement.


WHAT’S NOT COVERED

  • Cosmetic scuffs, dents, stains, colour fade
  • Damage caused by airlines or other third parties
  • General wear & tear from normal use
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or deliberate damage
  • Commercial, rental, or fleet use (e.g. luggage hire services)
  • Locks damaged by incorrect combination or forced entry
  • Exposure to non standard materials, chemicals, solvents, extreme heat/cold, or excessive water/floods
  • Second hand purchases, purchases outside of Australia or New Zealand, unauthorised resellers, or items without proof of purchase
  • Complimentary gifts or promotional items

Colour/discontinued note: If your exact colour or limited edition model is no longer available we’ll supply the closest matching colour or an equivalent model.


HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

  1. Head to our Contact Page and tell us what’s gone wrong.
  2. Include your order number/invoice and clear photos (or a short video) of the fault.
  3. We’ll respond if you claim is approved and with instructions for either:
    • Repair first: we post the spare part & how to guide (most fixes require a screwdriver and a few minutes).
    • Replace if needed: if a repair isn’t possible, we arrange the next steps to remedy the claim.

Approved warranty shipping is free within AU/NZ. If you’ve moved overseas, postage and any customs fees will need to be covered by you.


WHY REPAIR FIRST?

Sending a small wheel kit instead of a whole suitcase saves several kilograms of freight carbon emissions and keeps perfectly good luggage out of landfill. That’s why we’ll always suggest a DIY fix when it’s safe and practical.

  • Do I need to register? No. Proof of AU/NZ purchase is enough.
  • How soon must I claim?
    • Manufacturing defects: Contact us as soon as the defect appears.
    • Airline damage: Reported to the airline as soon as possible, please check with your airline for timeframes and processes.
  • What if you don’t stock the part? We’ll do our best to source it or if not possible, arrange a replacement product.
  • What if I’ve moved countries? You’re still covered, but you may need to pay international shipping/customs.
  • Will a DIY repair void my rights under the Australian Consumer Law? No. Your statutory consumer guarantees stay intact; our warranty is an extra layer on top of those legal protections.
